Plastic Injection Molding
Injection Molding
Botaat can build rapid injection molds in weeks at lower cost due to using cheaper and easy-to-machine materials, like aluminum. Rapid tooling (bridge tooling) is an excellent process for low-volume manufacturing. The cost of rapid tooling is more than 50% lower than that of full production mold.
Our in-house mold-making shop ensures your mold is built with a short lead time at a lower cost, and the quality is well controlled.

Overmolding

Overmolding is less expensive than other production methods since it eliminates the requirement for product assembly.
Overmolding is one of the most effective manufacturing methods for mass production with multiple colours or materials. Plastic overmolded components ensure proper alignment and prevent loosening of the different parts, which improves the product’s strength.
Insert Molding

Insert molding is used in a variety of industries, such as automotive, cooking utensils, household appliances, instruments, knobs, electrical components etc.
Insert moulding not only saves money on labour and assembly, but it also decreases the size and weight of the part, increases component reliability, and improves part strength and structure while allowing for more design flexibility..
Application of Injection Molding
Botaat serve a wide range of industries: medical devices, automotive parts, food industry, consumer electronics, etc.
Finish Options of Injection Molding

Rubber Paint
After the rubber paint is attached to the surface of the plastic product, the product will feel very elastic and soft. At the same time, the product can be anti-pollution and anti-solvent.
As the name suggests, paint adheres to the surface of a product to make it visually and perceptibly rubbery. Commonly used in: mobile phone cases, cups, cameras and other products
Plating
Electrolysis is used to attach a metal film to the surface of the parts, thereby preventing corrosion, improving wear resistance, conductivity, reflectivity and improving aesthetics. It is very suitable for surface treatment of plastic products such as PC plastic raw materials and ABS.
Texturing
Texturing is to corrode the mold to produce textures such as serpentine and etched patterns. After the plastic product is molded through the mold, the surface will produce corresponding textures. That is, we often see rough graininess or some special textures on the surface of the product. Features: non-slip, beautiful, commonly used in electronic products such as mouse, earphone, and air conditioner
Painting
Painting makes the product present different colors, but many products’s colors are adjusted by plastic materials
UV Painting
In addition, UV paint can also adjust the gloss of the paint to make the product more beautiful. UV paint is commonly used in air conditioners, televisions, headphones, and other products.
Screen Printing
Print text or patterns on the surface of plastic products
